Agency Owner & Principal Sales Representative

Growing up in the Southwest, he spent much of his childhood winters in Joshua Tree at his family’s cabin. Being exposed to rock climbing before he could walk, it’s no wonder that he’s found himself in the outdoor industry representing some of the top brands in the business. He also spends his time on the chair of the American Alpine Club, The Los Padres Chapter, helping preserve the wilderness in his area. Prior to entering the outdoor space, Chris was a high school science teacher which gave him a basis for education and hands-on learning. He’s always felt like people connect and absorb information best when they can take part in the learning. When he’s not out visiting shops, he can be found be exploring the world with his two sons.

Principal Sales Representative

Natalie is a California native currently based in Reno, Nevada. Her love for the outdoors began at a young age and truly blossomed when she discovered climbing in 2012. She spent several years working as a retail manager and store buyer before transitioning into tech repping in 2018 and becoming a sales representative in 2020.
Natalie enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities, including climbing, skiing, peak bagging, mountain biking, bird watching and swimming in alpine lakes.
She is passionate about serving customers and representing brands with authenticity and excellence.

Sales Analyst & Administrator

Lisa grew up knowing two worlds: beach life in Huntington Beach, CA, and mountain life in the Eastern Sierra. However, it wasn’t until she left her music industry job to live in Mammoth/June Lake and travel with her husband that she found her way to the outdoor industry. She knew she needed to be around what she loved, so she took her background in sales, logistics, & account management and brought it to the retail buying world at a Specialty Retailer & 3P partner for several years before joining Sespe Group in 2021. When she isn’t working you can find her hiking, running, skiing, & hanging at the beach with her husband and 2 daughters in tow.
